This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines how we process, ship, and accept returns for orders placed through our website.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday), not including weekends or holidays.

During sales, promotions, or restock cycles, processing times may extend.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another once it has shipped.

Order Modifications

After an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.

2. SHIPPING

Shipping Methods

We offer standard and expedited shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Available options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed by Cura Bello.
Delays such as weather, carrier volume, or incorrect addresses are outside our control. Please allow a maximum of 10 days to receive your order. If 10 days has passed, please contact our help team at help@curabelloskincare.com

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error are non-refundable and cannot be replaced by us.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, Cura Bello is no longer responsible for the parcel.
If your package is lost or damaged:

  • File a claim directly with the carrier

  • Contact us so we may assist where possible.

We cannot guarantee reimbursement for lost or stolen packages unless covered by the shipping carrier.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes applied by their country.
Cura Bello is not liable for packages held, delayed, or rejected by customs.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction matters. Because skincare is a personal-use product, we follow strict hygiene guidelines to protect all customers.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Items must be free of any form of tampering

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Due to health and safety standards, opened or used products cannot be returned, even if only partially used.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads or online content

  • Items purchased from third-party retailers

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless Cura Bello made an error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

Once returned items are received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.


Customers must return eligible items for a refund and place a new order.

5. WRONG, DEFECTIVE, OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive the wrong item or believe your product is defective:

6. SUSTAINABILITY - PACKAGING RETURN PROGRAM

Cura Bello prides itself on offering sustainable options. Customers may return clean and empty packaging for recycling or reuse and receive a discount on a future purchase.
