The Cura Cycle™ is our reusable packaging program designed to reduce waste, support conscious consumption, and reward customers who choose to care for the planet with us.
Below are the steps for participating in the Cura Cycle™.

HOW IT WORKS
Enjoy Your Cura Bello Products
Use your skincare as normal and experience the plant-based goodness created to nourish your skin.

1. Clean & Prep Your Empty Packaging
Once your product is empty:

• Rinse the jar or bottle with warm water

• Remove any remaining product residue

• Let it dry completely

• Keep all original components (lids, pumps, droppers, etc.)

Only clean, fully empty containers can be recycled or reused.

2. Collect a Minimum of 3 Containers
To reduce shipping emissions and packaging waste, we ask participants to send back at least three (3) empty containers at a time.

Eligible containers include:

• Jars

• Bottles

• Droppers

• Pump tops

• Any Cura Bello primary packaging

4. Request Your Return Label
All orders include a QR code to generate your shipping label. Alternately, once you have your items ready:

1. Visit our Cura Cycle™ Return Request Form

2. Enter your name, email, and order number(s)

3. Confirm the number of items you’re returning

4. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you

Return labels may vary based on location.

5. Send Back Your Packaging
Secure your clean, empty Cura Bello containers in any small box or padded mailer.
Attach your prepaid label and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

6. Receive Your Cura Credit
Once your items arrive and pass our quality check:

• You’ll receive an email confirming your return

• A discount code (Cura Credit) will be issued to your account

• Use your credit toward your next purchase

REWARDS

• 3 containers returned = 10% off your next order

• 6 containers returned = 20% off your next order

• 10+ containers returned = 30% off your next order

Credits do not stack, but you may participate as often as you like.

7. We Sanitize, Reuse, or Properly Recycle
Returned containers go through our sustainability workflow:

 

Sterilize & Reuse:
Containers that meet safety and quality standards are sanitized and prepared for reuse.

Responsible Recycling:
Containers that cannot be reused are recycled through an eco-certified recycling partner.

 

Waste Reduction Commitment:
The Cura Cycle™ ensures that less waste enters landfills and more beauty containers stay in circulation.
